70th Anniversary Celebration!!!
"We had an awesome evangelist (Tom Nisbett) who also led our Church In Action time, where we found out that Christ is our climbing companion. Tom shared with us his mission trips and mountain climbs. He led us in the scriptures to look into 'Faithfulness', which we read a Psalm every morning at
morning watch dealing with that topic.
Susan Tucker did a great job leading us in a study from the entire book of Philippians (How to Have Real Joy... Joyfulness was her word for the week)!
We were low in numbers, but because of this, everyone had the chance to spend extra time in the Prayer Vigil and most said that this was the best part of camp for them; others liked the prayer groups. All enjoyed the evangelist and Bible teachers. We had an awesome time at the healing service; some were physically healed while others had spiritual healing and still others found answers that they were looking for. We shard in a communion serice on the last morning and most everyone participated, which was a blessing. Our praise and worship with the Sandoval family was like entering the gates of heaven and sitting at the feet of Jesus. They were truly led by the Spirit in their worship with us.
We saw our camp grow and know that breakthrough is coming. We will have more people next year, and even if we don't, we know that Jesus will be there. JESUS IS LORD!"
