Preliminary registration fees:
$10.00 per person is due by 2-1-2010. This fee will be applied to your full registration cost. If you cancel before 2-1-2010 this fee is fully refundable.
Registration fee balances
Are due by 6-1-2010. If you need to cancel before 6-1-2010 this balance will be fully refunded. Fees will not be refunded if you cancel after 6-1-2010.
Reservations must be made directly with the Lake Junaluska Camp & Conference Center, 800-222-4930. Each room holds up to 4 persons. A $35.00 deposit per person is required. $15.00 is refundable until June 12, 2010. You will need the following group number for reservations ... #489801

2 persons per room, $55 per person per night
3 persons per room, $38 per person per night
4 persons per room, $33 per person per night
