"The Way" with 365 fresh and relevant daily devotions confirms why it was a million-copy best seller when published in 1946. E. Stanley Jones, one of the greatest Christian lea
ders and statesmen of his day, was truly a man ahead of his time.

The way to live, according to Jones, is stamped within us. It is not merely written in books, it is written into our very make-up. It is not only written in texts of scriptures but in the texture of our beings. Each daily entry builds on the
one before and describes the two roads we all can travel. The way God intended us to live does not deprive us of enjoyment—it gives us the "satisfaction of being all we were created to be.

"The Way" is the one book E. Stanley Jones said he would choose to pass on to future generations. Updated for the twenty-first century by noted editor Dean Merrill, this dynamic daily devotional is making a long-deserved comeback.

E. STANLEY JONES (1884-1973) was a man ahead of his time. In 1938, "TIME" magazine called him “the world’s greatest missionary.” He is reported to have
preached some 60,000 times, perhaps a world record. Listeners came to Christ on nearly every occasion. He advised U.S. presidents as well as Indian leaders and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. Jones wrote twenty-eight books including ten full-year devotrionals, some of which went on to become million-copy best sellers.

This classic, recently published by Summerside Press, has been updated to modern language by noted Christian editor, Dean Merrill. The printed format is very attractive. Additional copies of these two books, which are priced at $15.00 each, may be purchased through our United Christian Ashram website or through our Central Office, telephone 318.232.0004.
